About Khaznati
Khaznati is the UAE marketplace for pre-loved things. You list an item in minutes, a courier collects it from your door, and you are paid once the buyer confirms delivery. We started Khaznati because selling the things you no longer need should be as easy as taking a photo, and buying them should feel as safe as buying new.
Why we exist
The phone in a drawer, the stroller the kids outgrew, the jacket that no longer fits. Selling them the old way meant haggling with strangers, meeting in a car park and hoping the cash was real, so most of it never gets sold at all. Khaznati is here to change that: to give good things a second life, put money back in people’s pockets and keep usable items out of landfill.
How it works
Snap a few photos, set your price, and your item is live in minutes. When it sells, a courier collects it from your door and checks it before it ships. The buyer pays up front, and your payout is released as soon as delivery is confirmed, usually reaching your UAE bank account within 48 hours. Buyers are covered by buyer protection if an item doesn’t arrive or isn’t in the condition described. No meet-ups, no chasing payment.
What we stand for
- Verified sellers, held payments. Every seller passes identity verification, and the buyer’s money is held until delivery is confirmed.
- Fewer steps. If a step doesn’t make selling easier, it doesn’t belong in the app.
- Zero seller commission. What you sell for is what you keep. Buyers pay a protection fee at checkout, and that is the only fee we charge.
